Timings for "Portsmouth & the Isle of Wight - Special Train" may be harder to get hold of, but try here (the tour providers website). Timings for The London Explorer are available here but don't give a passing time for Peterborough. A southbound East Coast train stopping at both Grantham and Peterborough takes about 20 minutes between the two so I'd expect The London Explorer to pass sometime just after 08:55. IF I get time tomorrow I can pull the schedules off trust for you, but given the fact its Friday afternoon, it could be difficult.
