When TBD is released, I will mostly likely be writing a modern (2010-11) timetable for the Croydon section in the same style as my Southampton and Waterloo timetables, potentially moving on to the Gatwick/Brighton sections after. However, if the included timetable with the Three Bridges sims is modern era, then there's no point in my attempting to acquire the necessary WTT/CWN/diagramming info. Is this the case?

A contemporary timetable for the Croydon section may not be possible unless the layout at West Croydon has been modified sinced the beta version issued a few years back, as there is now a reversing siding for the frequent London Overground services; has this been incorporated?

Sounds good but I'm not entirely sure what era the simulation is 'set' in. I note that the description on the timetable included with the demo version simply says "25/02/2005", which could surely only mean either;

a.) the timetable is based on train running information from that date
or
b.) it is a note of the date the timetable itself was created or last updated

Any views and / or opinions expressed by myself are from me personally and do not represent those of any company I either work for or am a consultant for.

I suspect that that is when the timetable was updated, as it contains Victoria - Bournemouth services which were cut back to Southampton in 2003.

Ideally the West Croydon turnback siding would be an option for the sim, as it would make realistic LO services very difficult to timetable otherwise - it might be possible to squeeze them in to platform 1 with some creative licence.
