Hello there, I suspect this may be a core code problem, but I spotted it on Brighton (the initially-released version) so I'm posting it here. As I had a suspected TC failure in the station throat, I held an incoming train at 435, waited for the driver to phone, and selected "ask driver to examine line". I'd have expected the driver to phone in again once the train had terminated in the station. However, it didn't. Instead, the outgoing service departed from the station - having to be talked past the starter at danger because of the failure - and, on departure, rolled down the platform, stopped at the starter, and phoned in a third time to say that the line was clear. Now, I can understand this behaviour - the train doesn't leave "examining line" mode until the next time it reaches a signal - but at a terminus this seems a little perverse. In 10+ years of SimSig, nobody's reported this! Question for drivers with no CSR about how/where to report back?

Stations with TRTS plungers usually have a nearby phone, failing that, the signal post phone at the end of the platform. Some drivers may prefer their company mobile phone to save them walking too!
