As far as I am aware St albans is controlled from West Hampsted PSB, This controlls the midland main line from St Pancras to north of Bedford. Not bieng an exepert on what can and cant be produced, as far as I am aware West hampsted can be simulated (data premitting). however the post CTRL St Pancras layout cant be produced as I bellive it was resignalled to A West CAD system meaning it is not able to be simulated as it is a conflict of intrest. (Correct me if I am wrong) Hope this helps. Log in to reply |

It's not in the list at http://www.SimSig.co.uk/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=usertrack:faq:areas_that_can_not_be_simulated. But as it's a Westcad, that it's not in the list indeed does not mean it is possible. But I'm not sure about this one.

A quick search has brought up a previous thread requesting a simulation of West Hampstead PSB.... I'd quite like a simulation of this, signalling St Pancras would be awesome (in whatever era), in-fact simulating the northern half of Thameslink would also be great...especially the sounds of the likely area of control! It's +1 from me :). Any views and / or opinions expressed by myself are from me personally and do not represent those of any company I either work for or am a consultant for. Log in to reply |

Well iv checked the list and its not on there so i see its possible to make this simulation St Pancras can be easy anyway but I don't see it being hard to make its kinda like Kings Cross but different. Log in to reply |

Rashan170 - You have discussed West Hampstead before. And St. Albans is controlled from there - which means this one is also not possible.

The last topic suggesting West Hampstead certainly didn't conclude that it wasn't possible.
