Is there some unusual feature with the Caledonia Yard slot?
Doesn't seem to work as expected.

Are you then using the Ground Frame to get the train in?

Still no joy.
I don't know how to operate the GF correctly.

Try this from manual, courtesy of "steamer".

Tim. I never refuse help with a manuali am not exactly a wiki expert lol, see e-mail in this thread

As for the GFs (small heath, bordesly and met cam all work like this)

the shunter has to pull a lever on the GF to allow Saltleys protecting signal to clear. this is replicated in SimSig, and the manual explains how. basicly the GF works like any other, except in order to clear the SY signal, the lever on the GF labled 'slot on SYxx' must be pulled to illuminate the slot light and release the SY signal. However this lever will not unlock until you have obtained verbal permission from the shunter to send the train in

It is just a little confusing that the GF for Caledonia Yard are called Small Heath GF and Bordesley GF. I spent some time looking for a "SHOW LEVER FRAMES/Caledonia Yard" before realising what I was supposed to be doing.
