I always like the splash screens that show bits of real panel. This morning one came up that showed St. Andrews Junction, and I was noticing how the TD berths in the sim matched the panel. On the right side of this screen is Lawley FLT and its associated side tracks, but all three are collared, and the TD berths appear to be filled in with -WE- DONT OPEN. Is this reality's way of enforcing that you need to call the depot to get a slot, or was something wrong that day?

The day we visited Saltley panel was I believe august bank holiday 2008. hence the FLT was shut that day. the signaller on duty has just chosen to input -we- aint open into the berths. Daz Log in to reply The following user said thank you: dmaze |

I still remember seeing 'VERB' 'OTEN' in a pair of TD berths at Liverpool Street IECC. And the other day we had a 'TREE' at Streatham Hill and a 'STIK' (branch) at Crystal Palace. Log in to reply |

On a visit to BHM (Birmingham New Street) panel while I was working at the station, the TD berths in the engine sidings under the box (Nos. 2 & 3) were showing RUST and BLOK...
