Sim Timetable loading Issues 09/03/2011 at 18:32 #2565

Hi there,
I have recently downloaded Cent Scot, Bristol, Trent and Edingburgh,
but when I launch them and try to start a new game, it says there are no timetables available in the select timetable box, so the only way to get started is to launch with no timetable and then open one after I have pressed start, obviously this is no problem for timetables which start at midnight, but otherwise I have to speed the sim up and wait a while for 4 or 5 game hours to pass before the first train enters, anybody have any possible explainations for this? Or more importantly, any solutions?

Many Thanks,
Ollie

Are the timetables saved to the correct folder? If they are I haven't a clue!

The newer sims now look for timetable and save files in the Program Data folder rather than the Program Files folder. There is a check box in some of these sims (Options -> Control -> check "Use Public Documents folder" box *) which will then let the sims "see" timetables/save files in the Program Files folder.

* I think this is right - at work so can't access any sims right now.
