Is there a difference in file format of saved games between XP and Vista, I have saved games in Cambridge which I copied from Vista to the XP computer. The Vista ones continue to load fine while on XP the message "Error loading simulation" appears?

Are the saved games from the same version of Cambridge? If not then that's your problem, .ssg files are, for the most part, version specific due to the data saved. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |
