I am trying to direct a train into swindon platform 2 that is entering from the Kemble line but it is not allowing me. I have tried to select a route from signal 159 (loco yard junction) but it wont allow me, Can anyone help as i get penalised if i direct a train into another platform?

You should be able to use the grey arrow at the end of Platform 2 to route into it. Click on Sig 159 then the grey arrow.

Click at the place where the grey arrow should be: at the end of track 2, between the track and the platform (1) above it. It is indeed invisible in Windows Vista and 7, but you can still click it.

Further to what Albert has said, the routing arrow in question is 'in-line' with the O of Swindon on Swindon paged or is 'in-line' with the N of Swindon on SwinDid (Swindon A & B). You can see it on this Signalling Diagram (note: direct link to .pdf file) although it should be noted that that signalling diagram is for Swindon (the paged version), not SwinDid (Swindon A & B).

Hope this helps.

SwinDid is a newer sim, so I don' t expect it to have the Vista/7 bug which hides arrows to the right. As far as I know all sims with this bug are paged, and SwinDid is scrolly.

You can look at the signalling diagram given by UKTrainMan, where the arrow should be. Then click there - it is hidden but still working in Vista.

Note that this applies to all arrows to the right on Swindon (arrows to the left are OK in Vista), there are more hidden ones than just the platform 2 one. This bug is also present in Didcot, North London Line, and Stafford.
