This is the latest list of Sim and where to find them.

Stafford has not been released as a refresh yet so it's still via the old site.

Some of the links might need tweaked but most should work.

Peter
Damn I can't remember how to do a link.

That's better

Is there any likelihood of Stafford being re-release in the new coding? Or is Stafford - which can be extremely challenging at times - to be consigned to history?

Also, with regard to the layout south of Colwich Jcn, I have personally worked out a simulation WTT and in practice the restrictions placed on it by the old "pre-quadrupling" layout barely affects the 2009 WTT timings

Bearing in mind the amount of work recently carried out in the area covered by this sim, I assume that the recent TV4 "widening" will not feature in the reissue of this simulation.

However, the route north of Stafford pre-Stoke SCC is very similar to the present layout. Will the remainder of the route plan remain as on the previous issue.

Matters that could be dealt with without stepping on anybodys feet though could be the removal of Hademore AHB L/C and the simplification of the layout at Rugeley. Still technically "old-style" TCB signalling, there is only one set of facing crossover ladders allowing trains from the north to access the Cannock branch

It will be the old, pre-widening layout.

And the layout at Rugeley is to reain unaltered? As mentioned previously, the Rugeley layout has been altered to just a single facing ladder, but is not part of the widening project and is still part of the older Colwich based signalling area. The new TV4 signalling does not commence until Armitage.
The real life restriction makes for an interesting scenario when 6L48 Garston to Dagenham car empties passes through. There is frequently a FLHH coal service awaiting access to Rugeley PS at this time and this requires the 50mph 6L48 to run Fast Line all the way from Colwich to Lichfield to avoid significant delay by the FLHH coal train.

Ummmm I was just about to upload a new timetable for Stafford on the basis that it was going to be re-released or could be used on the old sim but if the link has gone presume it would be adviseable to hang on to it pending the re-release which begs the usual question when? I bet I know the answer though! It'll be ready when its ready and not before LOL

Have you tried this link...

http://www.hostingseries37.net/~SimSig//downloads/stafford2_6_4.zip

I'm at work and unable to download anything so can't test it. I know the Sheffield "hostingseries" link was down last night so this may not be working either.
