Hi Chaps, Still trying to get my head around this sim. Using Gloucester 1985 v 1.112 TT and right at the start I have 3 trains waiting to come out of the carriage sidings. I am checking their respective timetables and sending them to wherever they are meant to go and wait. eg 5B602 to SIG 446 and waiting until 00:52 before routing it to Gloucester Platform 1. Is this the correct method? Also I cannot interpose a TD to any of the trains on their way out of the carriage sidings. Any way to correct this or do I just have to wait until I move them later? Thanks, Steve in Oz Log in to reply |

5B602 reverses at sig.446 immediately (dep time 00:00, so about 20-30 seconds or so for it to reverse direction) and then on to Platform 1 where it waits for 5B601 from Cheltenham which it joins to before continuing to Cardiff at 00:52. Many of the signals around the Gloucester carriage sidings/loco yard do not have TD berths so I use sticky notes to keep track of what's what and what's where. Planotransitophobic! Log in to reply |

OK thanks for your help. Have persevered for a few hours and am slowly getting the hang of things - a bit of trial and error! Cheers, Steve in Oz Log in to reply |
