Hi all, it's safe to say that I'm hooked on NLL and thanks to the excellent help on here have managed to sort previous routing snags with Feb 2004 t/t. Just found another with 6L46-1. At around 05.00 it grinds to a halt at S. Tottenham and reports as waiting right away at Kensal Green. Would t/t editing help sort the problem?

Probably due to the TT not 'stepping-up' locations properly.
Got to Edit TT, select/click on its current location, then click on 'Set current location'. This should update it to the correct location.

Edit: for some reason, the train doesn't register as having got to Kensal Gn Jn, so continues valiantly trying to find it. The above TT edit just tells it 'you've passed there, now you're looking for Gospel Oak'. If the location Kensal Gn Jn is deleted from the TT beforehand, the editor checker has a little fit, but it seems to work OK.

Also looks like you've grasped the layout, but this NLL Schematic map is on the WIKI.

I can only help one person a day. Today's not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.

Cheers Andy. I'll get that sorted easily enough I think. I have latched onto the NLL layout and for some reason find it an easier one than possibly Sheffield which I've had a try with also, but that may come in time. Just thought of another question - is there a setting on NLL and Sheffield which will let me click on a signal and show its number? Especially on Sheffield while I'm learning the layout. Thanks again.

Edit. I'm trying the edit at the minute but on the location list for the train the only box not available to click on is 'Set current/next location. I've currently got South Tottenham highlighted as that's where the train is.

Delticfan Goto the options menu (F3) and uncheck right click cancels route - then when you right click a signal it will show the signal number

Cheers

Cheers for that Meld, now you mentioned it, I think I've done that before (shouts 'Doh! and smacks self on head!).

For AndyG -- re my post on 6L46, gives self another smack as I asked about the wrong train. I highlighted wrong one on list. I actually meant 6L54-1 showing awaiting right away at Kensal Green but TRTS flashing at Temple Mills Yard. I'm thinking of cancelling today as a bad job, lol!
