Peter Bennet 5402 posts	SPT are conducting a statutory consultation on proposed new Byelaws for Glasgow's subway. Proposed Byelaw 12 on filming and photography is causing particular consternation on other forums and people are making representations on it. The general consensus is that the banning of flash and tripods (as LU do) is fair enough as is causing an obstruction or nuisance but a blanket ban is disproportional. If anyone here is minded to add their responses to the consultation please do. The email address is joanne.gray@transportscotland.gsi.gov.uk closing date 15 June 2012.
