At £20,329 Peterborough is probably a crossing box in the Peterborough area rather than the big PSB. Pulborough is pretty though - how do they see out?! SimSig Boss Log in to reply |

Actually vaguely interested in a new career at the moment, just because i have no idea, what hours do these sort of job s tend to involve?

The Peterborough £20k is the crossing at Woodcroft. Hours are 24 a day, 7 days a week in 3 8 hour shifts,or 2 12 hour shifts at weekends. This particular job involves opening gates when requested by members of the public, provided the release is given by Helpston SB. No actually clearing of signals involved, though they do have emergency replacment controls. Although not the most exciting of roles, it is a foot in the door. ahh i see, Basically since graduating with my electronics degree have been stuck. Have not managed to get interviews except for 3 roles (out of nearly 500 applied) and am currently working at john lewis as a stock manager, which is ok but not really a progressional position!
