the berth for ES683 near slateford will not let me interpose, quoting it is a queue berth, however its on plain main line and theres no reason for it to be a queue berth.

At the time it was necessary due to the way ARS worked, that necessary may have since gone and it can be reverted; I'll check. Interposing using Signal ES683 might work though, depending on what you are trying to do. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! I've checked through the remaining Q berths, those that remain it should be possible to interpose via a signal in pretty much most instances. Might not be possible in the version you have though. i just tried a straight interpose on the signal, using Ctrl+I and using the interpose button
