1) Read this page of the Wiki
2) Follow the advice to go to this web-site.
3) Avoid the pop-ups trying you get you to buy stuff you don't need to set up port forwarding.
4) In the top line in the box headed "Find Port Forwarding Guides For Your Router Here" scroll down and click on DLink.
5) In the second line scroll down and click on DIR600.
6) Click on Search
7) Again avoid the attempts to sell you stuff you don't need and click on the link to the Default Guide for the router.
8) Follow the instructions.

The stuff about static IP address is because the router may allocate a different internal IP address to your computer each time it is turned on, re-syncs or re-boots. If you are happy enough to find your internal IP each time you want to host and then adjust the port forwarding, you don't need bother with that.

Once you have got your head round things it takes less than a minute to set up the forwarding so it is not a demanding task.

All of the stuff above is in the Wiki if you search. You may find you save time in the future by doing a bit of research yourself rather than relying on someone browsing the forum to do the same research and re-type the answers for you.
