something i have noticed while timetable testing.

i have a light loco sat in the up carriage shed neck, with a booked departure time of 06:00. it has duly rung in to say it is waiting at signal EN48. the issue i have found is that there is no option for wait until booked time, only the option to call again in 15 mins.

can anyone else replicate this anomaly?

the loco is booked an arr of --:-- and dep of 06:00 and is reporting waiting for right away.

Hi Joe.
I tried to replicate this and had no phone call.

It is a heritage TT Joe has under development. The full situation is that the light engine enters the neck carrying the TD of its movement away from an incoming train and then changes identity, picking up the TD of the light engine movement onto its scheduled outgoing train. I suspect it is something in the core code as ECS movements which are due to sit in the Backing Out Roads en route to their platform ring in and give the option of waiting until scheduled time whereas the movements Joe mentions (and similar movements on other sims) generate a phone call without the message. Normally a rule can be set to link the departure from the Neck to some other operation which controls the phone calls, but there is nothing suitable in the particular case Joe has mentioned.

Testing is under way currently to check the effect of changing the TD of the light engine movement elsewhere than the Neck. If all goes OK with that, the TT will be adjusted so that the situation does not arise in any release version.
