If you have in mind a list by location etc. then No! but if you mean a simple list then these are all the points. Peter has already listed them, but you can find a list of all the sims points, TCs and signals in the F11 menu aswell.

If you want to find the identity of a particular point, open up F11, and in the 'Points' tab click the little mouse icon. Then click the relevant point end (in the same place you would click if you wanted to move it) and the point number will be highlighted in the list.
