Hi all, I'm currently in the process of writing a gala timetable for the Llangollen sim, but I've come across a problem with seeding stock into it on startup. I've managed to seed 5C01 into River siding with no problem. I want to put another set in behind - 5C02, but it doesn't see to appear even though I put the information in the same format as 5C01? I've attached a photo of the timetable information. The seed point is SGJ28. Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thank you in advance! Regards, Callum Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Seed at River Sidings as 5C00 and in the location list put River Sidings with actions of DF 5C02, N 5C01. Then add above River Sidings in the TT the last location a train would pass before entering River Sidings with a time of 00/00. When the sim starts, the code will seed the train at River Sidings and discount the earlier location. It will also assume that 5C00 is running into River Sidings so will put 5C02 at the buffer end because it thinks that is the front of the train. If you want to see how it works and have access to CScot have a look at the 0445 start TT where there is a seed into one of the bay platforms which splits into 2 departures. “In life, there is always someone out there, who won’t like you, for whatever reason, don’t let the insecurities in their lives affect yours.” – Rashida Rowe Log in to reply The following user said thank you: callumdarraugh |

Thanks for that Postal. I've added an attachment, as it still doesn't seem to work. It brings up a message "activities at Goods Junction but passing time box is ticked". Regards Callum Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Log in to reply |

Wouldn't the divide activity be at Riverside Yard itself? Since the train will skip Goods Junction as described.

Hi Albert, I realised my mistake there and corrected. The coaches do now split, but it doesn't seem to want to take the new description of 5C01 for some reason? (Even though the buffer end set changes to 5C02!) Regards Callum Last edited: 27/12/2012 at 22:38 by callumdarraugh Log in to reply |

The train has locations after the N:5C01 activity, this could cause it not to change. Also, is the TT for 5C01 valid?

I've been playing around with the variants and have managed to get some sort of sense out of it! I mustn't have had a valid timetable for 5C01, as you pointed out Steamer - thank you! :) Thank goodness that there are only 2 seeded trains!! Thanks again all. Regards Callum Log in to reply |

Apologies for not being as explicit as I should have been. 5C00 is just a seed to drop the 2 sets of stock into your starting location. Once it has split into 5C01 and 5C02 it has fulfilled its purpose and should have no further details or locations. Separate TTs for 5C01 and 5C02 are then needed with an entry point on the front tab of the TT showing as "None" and the first location in the TT list as River Sidings with no arr time but due time in the dep box.
