Yes, the iteration numbering convention I used during testing was flawed, as I realised when the first release came about, which is why the different Sims have different iteration numbers 3.238.i. I've since revised how I do that for testing iterations. The correct iteration number should be 1 higher (at least) than the previous release, I think the Wiki says what it'll be but that needs updated with the release dates when I get a moment. As I say, I've since changed my iteration convention for testing so future Sims should release as iteration .1 etc. The Zip file number is not reflective of the Sim iteration number. Not sure if this one has been raised before. Started playing the 1984 timetable for CScot over the weekend & got as far as 0345. All is well with the new version of this sim. However the time is Now 0420 & 0A93 0420 LD Grangemouth TMD - BP Oil Terminal has shown his face. When I select the option to make a phone call to the refinery for them to accept the LD on the drop down menu it only shows 'Longannet', which if my memory serves correctly is the option in the Edinburgh sim & not CScot. I know from my 1st session on this timetable from 0000 - 0345 whenever I wanted to make a phonme call there were 3 options, St. Rollox Works, BP Refinery & another one which escapes me right now & that worked fine. It looks as if the sim has lost those 3 options & now only has 'Longannet' since restarting the sim from the 0345 snapshot.

You need Longannet when operating SAK for the same reason as you do on Edinburgh. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Last edited: 21/01/2013 at 19:06 by Peter Bennet Reason: Not quite correct comment deleted Log in to reply The following user said thank you: 58050 |
