I am just playing the Kings cross 2012 timetable and I notice the K445 is a controlled signal yet for some reason it acts as an automatic signal even without an auto button being associated with it. I have also noticed that if you cancel the route from it for any reason it will then act as a normal controlled signal needing to set the route again after every train. Can anyone tell me how to get it back to automatic working. I put a screen shot at the bottom to show what im talking about Thanks Post has attachments. Log in to view them. If I remember correctly, it's just the auto button that's missing; so until the next release of King's Cross, just try not to cancel that particular signal if you want it to remain in auto.
Two million people attempt to use Birmingham's magnificent rail network every year, with just over a million of them managing to get further than Smethwick. Log in to reply |

Not sure if this is a bug or not - but either way it has already been reported on the bug board, so if it is a bug then it is likely to be fixed when(?) KingsX is re-released. Thanks for asking about this though 'bandiez', you've sort-of managed to remind me of another potential issue in the Alexandra Palace area. There shouldn't really be any need to cancel K445 anyway. To the best of my knowledge, in all the years I've been playing KX I've never felt the need to, as the only clash in overlap I can see is if you want to cross a train from the down fast to the Hertford Loop whilst a route has been set from 443 to 453 on the DS2.
