What happened when you downloaded it the first time?

You are limited to 5 attempts to download a single file in 24 hours, how many attempts did you make? Also there is a limit of 10 downloads overall per 24 hours. If you try and download something there is a report at the top of the page saying how many of each you have done - what does that say? Have you succeeded in downloading anything? You will need the new system files for a start. If everything has failed then that suggest the problem is your end. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs!
