Laptop had to be rebooted from start due to virus issues. All done . transferred the licences back to the computer as it thinks I am on a new computer. However my original emails with the licences when I go to download the sims I had bought it says downloads period has expired. Is it possible to get my sims back JDC Log in to reply |

Have you allocated the licenses to the "new" machine, or if you are unable to have you clicked the "unlock license" button?

If I understand you correctly you have reinstalled the licenses but need to download the Sims again. You have tried to do that from the email. I suspect the email link maybe out of date. The Sims were linked to the front page, which has now dropped from view - here is a link to the archived front page. I'll need to see about having them in the normal download area.
