1H64 goes to worthing but is 11 minutes late. At worthing it becomes 5h64. But 5h64 enters before 1h64 has arrived at worthing. please help me. Log in to reply |

20 minutes? Given that the timetabled turnaround time is only six minutes, this seems a bit long. B) Five minutes seems more appropriate. Assuming we are talking about the Lancing 15-10-09 v1.5 timetable, there are also a number of other rules missing: - 5E97 & 5C99 and 5N96 & 5E98 should probably be mutually exclusive (in which case the same rules are also missing in the corresponding Brighton timetable) - and minimum turnaround times for all local trains terminating at West Worthing (2Kxx, re-entering as 2Exx). As those turn around via the middle siding, they take a bit more time, maybe something like ten minutes should be okay. Additionally, as the accompanying Brighton timetable continues for a bit after midnight, maybe 5H58, 1H64 and 5H64 should enter a second time after midnight at 24:xx, in which case you'd also need a rule for 1H58 which re-enters as 5H58. Although to complicate matters further, in that case those trains would need to be renumbered (5H85-2, 1H64-2 and 5H64-2) in both Brighton and Lancing in order for the rules to work properly. Two million people attempt to use Birmingham's magnificent rail network every year, with just over a million of them managing to get further than Smethwick.
