it wont chain to waterloo as the chain data isnt there until waterloo is updated, or a wimbledon sim is produced

Chaining to Waterloo should be possible, but only after Waterloo is refreshed. Yes it is still going ahead, not sure on the start time, don't know if I will get enough people for 11am, might start connections from 11:30 UK time with a possible start of midday?
