Checked the Wiki and the forums, a bit confused about this one. We are running VS with no ARS. 3S72-1 needed to reverse at Battersea Park 2 behind VC561 (apparently) and would not do so. Was able to reverse the crossover behind it and flag the train past VC561 to make the move to VS83 (gave permission to pass signal at danger) Glitch, or no? Maybe I should have waited longer, but there was a 2N~~ due through. Should the VS Panel 7 signaller be able to give permission for a train to pass a VC signal? (I suppose in reality both operators would be involved since the move takes place at the fringe...) Which panel has control of the crossover there at the Down end of Battersea Park (Atlantic), VC or VS? I'm wondering whether I should have been able to key the switch there. My apologies if this is plain and simple in UK practice; excuse the Yank. Explanations/scoldings welcome! Dave Log in to reply |

That section is Vic Central's control. It's been mentioned here and will be addressed in a forthcoming update.

Should have broadened my searches, sorry! :pinch: As part of the fix, the crossover will no longer be key-able? Log in to reply |

For re-testing purposes, the train is 3S92-0 (turning in to 3S92-1). You ought not be able to key the points but they will still be available for the moment. SimSig Boss Log in to reply |
