I have a train which is booked to enter Limbury road via GF 982. it has recieved a double yellow aspect at WH308. I release the frame, it returns WH306 to danger (as expected) giving an ACOA notice. I appreciate one way to get around this is to release the frame before the train is signalled towards WH308, however it was following a Thameslink service. surely under the circumstances above its not an ACOA as the driver would be expecting the signal (giving him the wrong route) to be returned to danger. the manual doesn't cover this situation. thanks edit: I have now also tried this when the train is confirmed stationary sat at the signal, and it still gives the penalty.
