Hi all, I am currently in the process of writing a week-long timetable, but have just realised (after two years of work, on-and-off :blushthat it seems to be impossible to insert times beyond 99:59, either using the built-in timetable creator or convdata. Does anybody know if it is possible to work around this limit? I am building each day as a separate timetable anyway so that people can choose which day to run, but it would be nice if I could get the whole week to run as one monster timetable! Anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do instead? Thanks! Gwasanaethau (Mark). Log in to reply |

That should be possible (the limit of the data representation in the WTT file is some ~600000 hours, don't know about internal limits of SimSig though). If you're doing TT loader sims, you could develop the timetable per partes, shift them using XSLT and quite trivially unite them.

Thanks for the info Finger. Unfortunately, the sim I am writing the timetable for is a pre-loader sim (specifically South Humberside), so I cannot use XML at this time.
