Is this an entry/exit loc (i.e. Trains will "drop off" the sim)

Can I facilitate a run-round in there?

it is an entry/exit point.

dependent on era, there was quite a few sidings here. in the 1990 timetable I have on the go, there was definitely a run round and several additional sidings, along with the cement sidings. there was a run round loop at what was a bay platform (which I believe is still en situ.)

according to my 2005 quail, it is still there with a 13 vehicle capacity.

I have actioned my run rounds offscene, as the loco would be able to do this without usage of the neck siding. some trains would have run round in P2 before shunting behind BR32 then running into P1, but it depends on whether anything else is booked through Bangor while the run round is on the go

Thanks, I tried to do a run-round: It didn't work alas, I had to abandon the T/T to get the loco to shunt

Project X is an unforgiving single player timetable!

As jc92 says, the runround would be an unsignalled move outside of Bangor Box's control, as the engine would fit between the yard exit disc and the relevant hand points, so there's no need for it to be timetabled in Simsig.

The last photo on this page of 2D53 shows it quite well - the rightmost siding with wagons in was the parcels siding, and the two immediately to the left of that constituted the runround. You can see that a locomotive would easily fit there! The top photo on that page shows the other end of the runround and parcels siding, and the bottom photo on this page shows the entire runround in perspective.

In addition to running round in P2, some trains also shunted across from P2 to P1 and then ran round via BR18 in Bangor Tunnel.
