Hello

Sorry if this is obvious but there is no specific entry in the manual that I have found. I have received a call asking for a train to stop there to pick up a staff member. How do I do this? Do I just route a train past there?

Correct! (he says, hoping it still works as he hasn't touched it for a long while)

Ah, OK! Is that accurate to real life? I've always been adding the stop to the timetable; simply routeing is a lot easier!

If a train is not booked to stop to pick up a driver, at work we have to radio them and ask them to do so. But simulating that isn't easy. If we were to send a driver up the Brighton Reversible when they are not booked to stop and we *hadn't* asked them to pick up a driver, then that driver would be left at the staff halt getting more annoyed.

Yeah, I tend to take editing the timetable as being the equivalent of radioing and asking them to stop.
