Does anyone know if it's possible to download the complete Rule Book that was in use on the railway in the 1990s (GORT 3000 I think it is). I have looked on the RGS website but they only have it in individual sections, not the complete work. If the worst comes to the worst I could download it all and put it together myself, but it would be much easier if that had already been done.

If you have not found it yet, how long do you think it would take you to put together?

Just asking cause I took a brief look and I reckon it would take me five minutes max, so if you think it would take you hours or something then I can do it if you want.

So far as I recall the Railtrack Rule Book (GORT 3000 series) was published from 1st April 1996 meaning that for over half the 1990s the former British Railways Board Rule Book (BR87109) remained in use. I don't think it was ever placed online (although I may be wrong) although secondhand paper copies can be purchased on various sites on the web. As to their condition or whether they were kept up to date, that is another matter!

So presumably the trains used in the area would be Pacers, as they're 'bone-shakers'?
