Please can we have a couple more options for when dealing with phone calls to the Fowey shunter about the branch staff, 1) When the shunter calls to ask if they can come to collect the branch staff from you, Please can we have a call back in 2 minutes option 2) When the branch staff is in at LL SB and it is not set to be issued at LL SB, Please can we have an option to phone the Fowey shunter and ask them to come by road to collect the branch staff The train now standing on platform 2, should be on the rails Log in to reply |

2 should be a redundant request. The shunter will ring to ask for it and then travel up to collect by road in good time for his trains departure as written in the manual.
