Interesting photos. What rolling stock is going to be serviced there & is this facility going to replace an existing facility somewhere else on the network?

It, along with the new depot at Hornsey, will be for servicing the new class 700 fleet.

(Which, if anyone isn't aware and you didn't catch on from the locations, is the fleet to take over the Thameslink service, from destinations south of London to ones north of London, like Brighton to Bedford and more).
