Hi all! Just finished a multiplayer session with some fellow crazy Australians, we were wondering about Twickenham platforms 1 & 2, and exactly how they might be used: (screenshot for anyone who doesn't own the sim)  We only got up to 10am. A quick scan through the simplifier didn't show anything tabled into the bay platforms all day, assuming I searched correctly. I thought they may be for extra trains during major events, considering the stadium at Twickenham, but... there appears to be no way for down trains to get across? I suppose you could get empty sets from the Strawberry Hill depot to come around and then shunt back, but that wouldn't be much good for getting a lot of people to the stadium. If anyone is able to shed any light, I'd be grateful. Thanks! Log in to reply |

The pointwork has also been moved and relaid, as the extension of the platforms to accommodate 10-car trains as part of the 458/5 project meant that Platform 3 was extended over the pointwork.
