I would be highly against removing functionality (the ability for clients to use the train list) solely because one person has abused it.

This is accessible to any clients. F2 will only present trains on the clients panel, and if the client doesn't have a panel they won't see or be able to vandalise any trains. Ah, I see what you mean, apologies, I didn't even know that option existed! However, as I've said in previous threads, I'm generally for the idea of decoupling the network infrastructure (ie whose computer is the one that accepts the connections) from the host from a gameplay perspective (due to the fact that certain network setups might prevent certain people from hosting games at all). I'd much rather there would be an option to say who is acting as the host (which might be a client from the network topology perspective), but obviously this is not the thread for that. Apologies.
