Hello all,

Something I've recently noticed. I'm testing my Wimbledon Sunday WTT, and between 0600 and 0800 in the morning, I've had a vehicle blocking the crossing at Malden L.C about 4 to 5 times, and that's just in those two hours, on a Sunday morning!

Are the residents of Malden just absolute rubbish drivers given that they constantly block the crossing!

You only need one car to be on a crossing to block it, the road doesn't have to be busy for some plonker to park on it when the barriers drop.

The road is a narrow-ish residential street with lots of parked cars.

South of the crossing, the road immediately narrows to not much more than a single lane bridge underneath the main SWML, which is also height restricted. Perhaps on your particular morning somebody was trying to get too big a load through the bridge, and causing lots of tailbacks over the crossing? ;-)

A search through the forum will show that this has been discussed before, and that it was ruled out by the Developers.

Cheers guys!

I've passed it a couple of times just remember it looked like quite a small road which made me wonder why it wad getting jammed at 7am on a Sunday morning!

Mind you, has anyone had a farmer at a UWC wanting to take a heard of sheep at 2am?! That would be more bizarre!
