A new TT with the above name has appeared in the timetables repository. However, there is no clue as to which sim it is for. I am guessing SwinDid but I may be wrong. Not sure how that slipped through as it is against guidelines.

Well, it's located in Marylebone folder and therefore I'm confident that it's for Marylebone.

That's what I thought - and I also think that sim name should me mentioned, at least in the description.

Regarding the timetable, what year is it actually set in? The download entry says 2017, the file name says 2016, and the description within the timetable says 2015...
