4L95 was passing through Ditton Reception Sidings while 4M56 was waiting at DN105. When TDNDEJ cleared, DN821 went back to red and the route DN821 -> DN8007 was held by occupation of TDNDEK and TDNDEU. I pre-set the route DN105 -> DN801. DN105 cleared immediately to yellow (no overlap, but it's a goods line so perhaps OK). When TDNDEK clears, the route DN821-DN8007 is released and DN105 is put back to red. Now I've written this, I see what the problem is. There is a condition on DN105 -> DN821 that DN105 will not clear unless there is a route set from DN821 (DN821, being approach controlled, remains at red), but this condition doesn't distinguish between a route set and a route held (after a train has passed). This occurred with TORR on. I suppose with TORR off, DN105 would not be put back unless I released the route DN821 -> DN8007 before 4M56 passed DN821. Log in to reply |
