Hi there, So sorry to be a pain but unfortunately I had to have my entire computer in-store wiped due to an issue with the software this weekend. Yes, when you get your new machine up, run License Manager and select License Unlock for each.

Is this the same process when you buy a new machine? I did change laptops before but I cannot remember what I did . Thanks

ThanksIf you still have access to the old machine then you can un-allocate them yourself on that machine. You only need to use the license unlock feature if you no longer have access to the machine for whatever reason. I've actioned your unlock requests. Yes you'll need to download all your sims again.
