Hello everybody! Can anyone tell me any more AOCL's on overhead electrified railways. I only know Tyne and Wear metro, though it has some AHB's and has a MCB shared with NR too. Ardrossan crossings before it was an AOCL + B. Aswell as some on the Braintree branchline.
Class 150/2 approaching towards Welshpool. Wrong train you got, only 158's are fitted with ERTMS. Log in to reply |

There is an AOCL at Althorne, Essex on the Southminster line. I don't think it is strictly an AOCL, but there is a crossing on the Midland Metro at New Swan Lane (Black Lake tram stop). This is an open crossing with traffic lights. See this RAIB report for details. Peter. Log in to reply |
