Evening all. I believe I am right in thinking that there is the hope that Doncaster will be done at some point which would give a good size ECML chain (KX - Peterborough - Doncaster - Leeds - York - Tyneside). To that end I wonder if it would be worth doing a sim covering the fairly large Wakefield Kirkgate SCC panel which would chain to Doncaster and to Leeds Ardsley? http://photos.signalling.org/index?/category/640-wakefield_kirkgate Just an idea. Visited Kirky a few weeks ago. Very busy single manned location! 2 CCTV crossings 1 Gated Crossing One train working without staff Busy station (Kirkgate)

I know! That is what made me think that Wakefield Kirkgate might make a good addition to the SimSig simulations. We now have Wakefield Westgate anyway as that is under Leeds Ardsley: may as well make it two I reckon. Dave Log in to reply |
