I have manually activated the account as I think the email was probably caught up by the server migration.

not sure whats going on but they have said it is still asking for a confirmed email when they sign in

There's something not right about the account which needs to be investigated - they are shown as having full access rights and I can't edit them back to "user". Leave it with us. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

Not sure what happened there but as somebody said above, possibly during migration something wasn't quite synchronised. If there are still problems then I may just delete the account and ask them to start over. Please pass on my apologies for the problems.
