If you go to the download section on site 'Download' --> 'Browse Downloads' Then on that page you should see a number of catagorys 1st one 'Download first! System Files' these are needed to enable sims to work properly for sims that you don't need to pay for go to 'Simulations (Donationware)' once installed when starting up, it is always advisable to check for updates. we have recently updated to a new loader info for that can be found here Boldly going forward 'cause we can't find reverse.
