More likely user error than a bug

In the interests of being helpful rather than patronising, there is a thread on the Forum about the problem here.

Look for a section called "St. Pancras (New Layout)" about half way down where it talks about the stepping.

Whether a train partly or fully occupies the platforms at St Pancras press "I" to interpose the train's headcode, type it and then click the platform starting signal. The headcode appears just in rear of the signal then steps up and departs the station with the train as it should do.
