Everything that you make will be useful - providing it's made of chocolate.

It's not so much that it's derived from the big railway's training system, as that the big railway's training system is derived from Simsig.

I'm new to signalling.
Any recommendations for single player, with mixed passenger and freight traffic? I was thinking Maidstone East or Wolverhampton. If there's a better choice let me know.

Thanks

Wolverhampton sounds like a good choice for a beginner as it's a relatively simple layout with a nice mix of fast and stopping passenger trains, plus freight (mainly) going to / from Bescot. Leeds Ardsley might be another possibility.

Hopefully my header will be enough. I recently had a visit to Edinburgh Signalling Centre, and was allowed a shot of the real thing for 5 minutes. Luckily, I didn't kill anyone, or crash any trains...

Well, there's Drain :-)

There's also part of the Metropolitan on Marylebone and part of the Bakerloo on WembleySub.
