When come to check for update and click Update but choose sims I'm presented with an update. I click make selected changes SimSigRefesherA pops up. v4.5.13.7 but won't update.. I've check here to see if there is an updated Loader but ther isn't just shows v4.5.11.

I can't comment on your issues regarding Windows 10 as I don't have it, but I am having a loader issue on my laptop which runs Windows 7 64-bit. On my PC (also Windows 7 64-bit) the loader version shows V4.5.15, and when 'Check For Updates' is pressed the title bar changes to V4.5.13.11, but my laptop loaded remains firmly stuck on version V4.5.13, V4.5.13.6 when 'Check For Updates' is pressed. I also do not have the 'Update but I want to choose simulation' button on the older version. I only noticed all of this the other day when I tried to get my newly-purchased Cardiff sims (great sims, by the way) onto my laptop, and found that the older loader version won't update and will not offer the Cardiff sims for me to download. All is fine on my PC with the up-to-date loader version. Does anyone have any idea why my loader will not update to the latest version on my laptop?

Regards,

Phil.

Download the system files from the website, install them, then press check for updates. That should clear the issue.

Thanks Headshot. You beat me to it, I just discovered the issue in another thread after I posted a few minutes ago and was about to post this link here:-

All is fine now, thanks again.
