Some big updates for you:
- Cowlairs
- Central Scotland
- North East Scotland
- Peterborough
All have been re-released in Loader format, with thanks to Peter Bennet (first three) and Clive Feather (Peterborough).

Also updated, SimSigLoader and SimSigRefresherC to version 4.6.3. These two are relatively minor updates but should be better behaved in terms of asking for elevated user access so it can update the exes. However, to install these, you will probably need to run SimSigRefresherC as Admin the first time. Alternatively, the full install package can be downloaded from the usual place.

I dare say there will be but the EGIP work is not finished yet - to a degree the sim is ahead of reality.

Thought I'd done the manual updates but it looks like only NESCOT was done before now.

In relation to the EGIP era, there are a few significant changes to track layout and signals currently in operation. especially around Larbert and Greenhill Upper. signalling wise, a few semaphores have been replaced with colour lights, I can provide all the info needed except Track circuit positions.

Amazing job though. CAn;t wait to get a crack at it!

Craig.

It's actually more electrification of the line between Edinburgh and Glasgow and dunblane. (Eventually for the latter) qst street station platform extensions to accommodate 8 car class 385s. Platform extensions on the main E&G line (which has now been completed and commissioned and in operation, albeit without any 7/8 cars running about at the moment)

Most signalling work that has changed, had been changed well over 3 or 4 years ago.

Only major track layout changes within the last year are at Greenhill upper, Larbert and Glasgow Queen Street itself. Polmont junction was modified, again several ears ago before EGIP.

Thanks very much for the Peterborough update. Just a couple of quick questions.

Firstly will the old paged timetables work with either of the eras now shown on scrolls version?

Secondly since the upslow bidi has been added was wondering if there are any plans in the future to update the station with the new layout?

Thanks again

You're welcome.

They should do. I can't promise that every single detail will work correctly, but there's no inherent reason why not. One exception: Fletton Flyash is no longer an entry or exit point, so trains exiting there will need more timetable and trains entering there will need to be rewritten (they should each match up with a train exiting there earlier).

Yes, but Peterborough now goes to the back of my queue again, so don't hold your breath.

Please see the Simulation Manual, I added an explanation of the new features earlier today.

Ah, it looks like Geoff didn't move the new manual to replace the old one when he did the release.

I prepared a new manual, which I temporarily put here. I don't have the time right now, so could you please copy it across and merge in your additions to the extent you think necessary.

Thanks in advance.

Done. Please could you (or anyone with sufficient Admin powers) delete the draft version to avoid possible confusion?

(For anyone wondering- the Signal Number Plan got lost when the website changed; I'm in the process of writing a new one for the Scrolly layout, should be uploaded in a few days)

No, I only have 4.6.1 and 4.6.3 to compare and they look the same, can you elaborate?

Geoff, Have fully updated loader and all sims, however, pressing the F key for the 5 minute acceleration seems to not work on NEScot. Also full speed is not full speed. ACS not working either in Perth, Dundee or Aberdeen.
