I'm playing Peterborough with the Down Fast blocked at Little Bytham meaning all trains via the Down Slow, however, when they reach Stoke Jn and exit the sim the headcode then appears in the slot at Little Bytham.

No Save yet, but ARS off and Blockage was set up by the game by selecting the multiple blockages option on start up, timetable is the Default Peterborough timetable.

All the closures work by putting isolations on the signals, setting up zero speed PSRs on the relevant track circuits, fiddling with the TC occupation (including the possibility of putting it into "intermittent occupation" mode), and interposing blank or "BLOK" into relevant berths. I can't see how any of those can cause the reported symptom.
