Can't find the reference, but I am sure that there is a bug in the sim which starts the auto-raise sequence after the passage of a train even if there is another train signalled over the LC. If my recollection is sound, the bug will be corrected in the next refresh of the sim. In the meantime you have to disable the auto button and manually raise once all signalled trains have passed.
