when i load up a sim and select the options for that session and when the sim starts i get a pop up message straight away saying send txt message and it gives me option of 5 different locations to txt to but it wont let me close this box down. any ideas ?

It's the F10 message box for when u are chained or multiplaying.. That would suggest that your F10 key is sticking, especially as it's not closing
